Ambient documentation
A doctor is about to hit record. Before one word is captured, the platform answers the legal question — is recording this visit lawful in this state, for this modality, with this consent — and only then does the listener run: self-hosted speech recognition, a drafted note, and the signature queue. The encounters below are fully synthetic recordings; the transcripts are the ambient listener's real output over that audio.
Choose an encounter
1 · The consent gate
All-party consent required — no visit-level attestation.
This jurisdiction requires all-party consent for a telehealth encounter, and the registration packet alone is not it. Capture unlocks when a visit-level verbal attestation is captured at the head of the recording, so consent and recording share one artifact and one timestamp.
Cal. Penal Code §§ 632(a)-(e); Cal. Pub. Util. Code Gen. Order 107-B(II)(A)

2 · Capture the visit

locked — the consent gate above has not passed
Fail closed: not one second of audio is captured until the gate answers yes. Complete the attestation above and the console arms.
