No-show risk

Next week's synthetic schedule, scored against each patient's real chart. The score is a transparent additive model — every factor and its points are printed, because a risk score nobody can inspect is a rumor. The outreach script is where the frontier model earns its seat: a call script per high-risk patient, drafted from the chart, staged to the signature queue.
