Release of information
The HIM workflow: requests in, productions or denials out, every resolution audited. Every request opens into a full production review — what would be released and what would be withheld — before a human decides. Note the denied request: a 42 CFR Part 2 record cannot be redisclosed without specific consent, and the workflow refuses accordingly.
