Running image
Code and build · compose services. On a deployment this row is a control; the demo shows the row with the reading its source supports.
Evidence
- Running
- 7 services on python:3.12-slim; viewer ${PHI_AI_IMAGE:-phi-ai:dev}
- Built
- python:3.12-slim (Dockerfile)
- Latest known
- release 1.1.0 image, as the signed manifest names it on a deployment
- Source
- docker-compose.yml
- Checked
- Cadence
- none — on demand

- Backup unit
- The previous image digest, kept (3 retained).
- Recovery
- compose up -d the previous digest, then the verify sweep.
The five steps
Plan, back up, apply, verify, recover — in direct mode. On a deployment each step runs, is verified and lands on the audit trail; every component on the demo is current, so every step reads done.
- ✓ done Plan The updater verifies the release's signed manifest and shows the digest that will run, the services it restarts and the digest it will return to; the admin confirms by typing the component and the target release.
- ✓ done Back up The updater dumps the platform_* schemas to the store bucket under system/backups/ and records the previous digest and the dump's checksum; no verified backup, no apply.
- ✓ done Apply The updater pulls the digest and runs compose up -d for the services built from the Dockerfile; the web app serves the maintenance banner while the job is open.
- ✓ done Verify python -m core.healthcheck, the audit-chain verification, the route sweep, and the running digest against the manifest.
- ✓ done Recover On any failed check the updater brings the previous digest up, restores the dump, and runs the verification again; recovered shows only after that second pass.
